Abstract:
To unify the quality of a ground face of a work in a polishing system applying a robot.
This polishing system has polishing devices 1A-1C rotating an abrasive body 6 by a driving device 120, a robot 2 grasping a work W and pressing the same to the abrasive body 6, and a pressing adjusting means 55. The pressing adjusting means 55 adjusts a pressing position of the work W by the robot 2 to adjust the load of the driving device 10 within a constant range. The pressing adjusting means adjusts the pressing position by moving an origin of control coordinates of the robot 2.
