Title:
POLYCRYSTAL MAGNETIC CERAMIC, MICROWAVE MAGNETIC SUBSTANCE, AND IRREVERSIBLE CIRCUIT ELEMENT USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011073937
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a polycrystal magnetism ceramic in which low-temperature firing is possible while controlling the formation of a hetero-phase, and the ferromagnetic resonance half value width and dielectric loss are small, and which has a temperature coefficient which compensates the temperature characteristic of a permanent magnet about saturation magnetization.

The polycrystal magnetic ceramic comprises Y-Fe based garnet ferrite comprising substituting a part of Y by Bi, and has a composition shown by the formula:(Ya-bM1b)(Fe8-a-cM2c)O12, wherein M1 is Bi and Ca, M2 is In, V, Cu, or Zr, a, b, and c are the atomic ratios, and 2.94≤a<3.0, 1.00≤b≤1.70, and 0.365≤c≤0.95 are satisfied.
