Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the polyester fiber and solid fibers for the cushion material which does not lose the elasticity even in a repetitive compression and a high- temperature atmosphere.
CONSTITUTION: Polyester solid fibers which has ≥5mm thickness and ≥0.01g/cm3 density is polyester fiber itself which is polyethylene-2,6-naphthalate or consists principally of it and has a ≥80°C glass transition point and m.p. of ≥150°C, or formed by bonding the fiber with polyester copolymer hot-melt fiber having m.p. of ≥80°C.
