Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester monofilament suitable for a mesh woven fabric used for screen printing, particularly a high-strength polyester monofilament having small fineness suitable for obtaining silk gauze having a high mesh screen in which high precision property is required in application of an electronic circuit, etc., and to obtain a screen silk gauze composed of a woven fabric obtained by using the monofilament.
SOLUTION: This polyester monofilament has ≤9 dtex single yarn denier, ≥7.5 cN/dtex breaking strength and 5-15% breaking elongation.
