To provide a composition suitable for calendering by using a polyester resin having sufficient hue of the resin using a catalyst not being a so-called heavy metal catalyst and performing polycondensation at a speed that a production level is not a problem.
The polyester resin composition for calendering containing the polyester resin obtained by performing polycondensation of at least one kind or more of monomer selected from the group consisting of a dicarboxylic acid such as terephthalic acid and a diol such as ethylene glycol or neopentyl glycol as a glycol component using a metal catalyst other than a titanium compound, an antimony compound, a tin compound and a germanium compound, and a lubricant. The catalyst preferably comprises aluminum, a phosphorus compound and an alkali metal and/or an alkaline earth metal.
