To provide a high-quality polyimide sheet which prevents the occurrence of a scratch in polyimide films when they are laminated.

The polyimide sheet is produced by laminating a plurality of the polyimide films of substantially one kind each of which has a thickness of 250 μm or below and contains 0.1-0.9 wt.% per film resin weight of inorganic particles 1.5 μm or below in a particle size without additives. The inorganic particles have an average particle size of 0.7 μm or below and a particle size distribution in which the volume of the inorganic particles of 0.6 μm or below in a particle size is at least 80% of the total volume of the inorganic particles.
