To provide a polyol composition that is less prone to malodors and coloration, and is used in urethane resin to improve the mechanical properties of the resin.SOLUTION: A polyol composition includes a polyol (Y) having alkylene oxide (AO) added to a saccharide and a polyol (Z) having alkylene oxide (AO) added to an active hydrogen group of protein. In the polyol (Y), an average number of moles of AO added per one active hydrogen of the saccharide is 1-30.
