To provide a polyol composition that prevents explosive boiling even when the polyol composition is stirred in a state where a low-boiling foamer is contained in the polyol composition.SOLUTION: A polyol composition contains a polyol, a foamer, a filler, and alcohol A, the foamer containing a compound with a boiling point of 40°C or lower.
