Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a polyolefin compsn. improved in a balance of flexural modulus and Izod impact strength.
CONSTITUTION: A polyolefin compsn. contains (A) 30-60 wt.% propylene homopolymer or copolymer with a xylene soluble component at the normal temp. of 5 wt.% or less, (B) 14-30 wt.% fraction comprising a propylene/ethylene copolymer with a propylene content of 40-60 wt.% and a xylene soluble component at the normal temp. of 60-99 wt.%, (C) 10-25 wt.% copolymer of ethylene and 10-30 wt.% 3-8C α-olefin with a xylene soluble component at the normal temp. of 10-50 wt.% and (D) 5-45 wt.% granular mineral filler with a mean particle size of 0.1-5 μm.
