Title:
POLYOLEFIN HEAT-SHRINKABLE LAMINATED TUBE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3747151
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin heat-shrinkable laminated tube showing good stretchability, coat workability, pliability, shrink finishing properties, heat resistance and the like.
SOLUTION: This polyolefin heat-shrinkable laminated tube comprises at least two layers such as a layer (A) which forms an innermost layer and a layer (B) which forms an outermost layer. The layer (A) as the innermost layer is composed mainly of 50-60 wt.% of a component (a) given below and 50-40 wt.% of a component (b) given below. On the other hand, the layer (B) is formed of a mixed resin layer composed mainly of 35-50 wt.% of the component (a) and 65-50 wt.% of the component (b). In addition, the tube is obtained by stretching a laminate with the layer (B) whose thickness is 50-98% of the thickness of the total layer. The component (a) is cyclic olefin polymer with 50-90°C glass transition temperature (Tg) and the component (b) is polypropylene polymer having 10-5-J/g quantity of heat for crystallization as measured by a differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and 125°C or higher crystalline melting peak temperature (Tm).
