Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automotive interior polyolefin part which covers e.g. a pillar or a side roof rail.
SOLUTION: This composition contains 53-68 pts.wt. block copolymer containing 90-95wt.% crystalline polypropylene part having a density of 0.908g/cm3 or above and 5-10wt.% propylene/ethylene random copolymer part having an ethylene content of 35-45wt.% and having a melt flow rate (a 230°C under a load of 2.16kg) of 20-50g/10min, 12-20 pts.wt. ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber having a density of 0.85-0.87g/cm3, a melt flow rate (at 230°C under a load of 2.16kg) of 0.2-5g/10min and an α-olefin content of 30-40wt.% and 22-30 pts.wt. talc substantially having an entire length of 15μm or below, a mean particle diameter of 1.5-6μm and an aspect ratio of 5 or above.
