To provide a polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxane compound not only excellent in compatibility with organopolysiloxane but capable of sufficiently keeping interfacial activities such as foam stabilization, solubilization, emulsification, miscibility and dispersion even in the presence of a salt.

The polyoxyalkylene-modified organopolysiloxane compound is expressed by formula (1). In formula (1), R1represents a 1-8C alkyl group; X represents a group expressed by formula (2); R2is either R1or X; a ranges from 0 to 700; and b ranges from 0 to 100, and when b=0, at least one of R2is X. In formula (2), R3represents a 3-5C alkylene group; AO represents a 2-4C oxyalkylene group; c ranges from 1 to 2; d ranges from 0 to 50; e ranges from 0 to 50; and when d=0, e is at least 1, and when e=0, d is at least 1.
