Abstract:
To provide a PPE (polyphenylene ether) resin composition of which the cured product obtained therefrom scarcely has tack on the surface, and which has an epoxy compound and a cyanate compound compounded therein.
The polyphenylene ether resin composition to be used is obtained by blending a polyphenylene ether (A) of which the number-average molecular weight is 1,000-5,000, the epoxy compound (B) having a naphthalene ring in the molecular structure, a cyanate ester compound (C), a phosphorus-based flame retardant (D), and a curing catalyst (E).
