Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a new curable polyphenylene ether resin prepreg which exhibits an excellent resin flow and gives a cured article excellent in dielectric characteristics, chemical resistance, and heat resistance.
CONSTITUTION: The prepreg is produced by impregnating a substrate with a polyphenylene ether resin compsn. and contains 10-20,000ppm (based on the prepreg) xylene.
