To provide a composition facilitating design of conductive performance, and a poured flooring layer structure having durability and giving good appearance of coated material.
An antistatic floor bearable under repeated traveling of heavy load is achieved by imparting electric conductivity through combinedly blending isotropic PITCH-based carbon short fibers and PAN-based carbon fibers with an aqueous hard urethane poured flooring material obtained by mixing a polyol, an isocyanate and cement, applying and curing in construction. Also in this case, a basecoat layer containing a large amount of the mixed fibers in the coating material and conducting in the coated surface direction, and an overcoat layer containing a small amount of the fibers and conducting in the thickness direction, are provided so as to form a double-layered structure, so that good finish excelling in smoothness and stable conductive performance are secured.
