Abstract:

To provide a polyurethane foamed body which can be used as a lightweight heat insulator of a vehicle and further to provide the polyurethane foamed body which is formed along an inside shape of a vehicle body or the like.

A surface part 2a of a hard polyurethane foamed body 2 integrally molded with a base material 51 is formed along the inside shape of a roof steel plate. Since apparent density of the foamed body 2 is in a range from 5 to 10 kg/m3, a molded ceiling 1 attains reduction in weight while having excellent thermal insulation property and rigidity.
