Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide interior finish material having no poor mechanical strength and omission of cork grains from the surface of a molded object as an usual feature of a molded object formed by fixing cork grains with resin and having essential functions of a porous surface such as moisture absorption, sound absorption, deodorization, vibration proofness and heat insulating characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: This porous wooden inner mounting material is formed into a prescribed form out of porous woody grains 1 of 1-37 mesh and resin component 2 for fixing the porous woody grains. Next, at least a part of the obtained molded article is worked by cutting or polishing.
