Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a rotating drum from reaching a high speed revolution at the time of start of the rotating drum and at the same time, control the revolution of the rotating drum at a set revolution number in a short period of time.
CONSTITUTION: A power semiconductor element 50 is serially connected to a motor 2 which drives a rotating drum 1 to dry clothes, and the revolution of the motor 2 is controlled. The revolution number of the rotating drum 1 is detected by a revolution number detecting means 51, and the revolution number of the rotating drum 1 is set by a revolution number setting means 52. Then, the output of the revolution number detecting means 51 and the output of the revolution number setting means 52 are compared by a revolution number comparing means 53. The 'on' time of the power semiconductor element 50 is controlled by inputting an output of the revolution number comparing means 53 or an output of an 'on' time data storage means 54 previously storing 'on' time data in an 'on' time control means 55, and the revolution number of the rotating drum 1 is controlled.
