To solve the problem that a photographed image (area) is difficult to be adjusted as a photographer desires because the position of a mirror for confirming a photographing area is away from the position of a lens of a camera when the photographer himself/herself is an object and an image reflected on the mirror is at a position different from that of a photographed image of the camera, in a conventional portable device with a camera.
The portable device with a camera contains the camera 1, and an image pickup light incident surface of the camera is provided with a window, and the window is a half transmission mirror which reflects a part of incident light and transmits the other part thereof. Since the camera window 2 has a function of the mirror 11, the mirror 11 can be arranged at the same position as that of the camera 1, and positional deviation between an image reflected on the mirror and a photographed image of the camera can be eliminated. Thus, the photographed image (area) which the photographer desires can be adjusted more easily than a conventional technique.
