Abstract:
To make an excellent display regardless of directionality when installed in external equipment in portable electronic equipment having a display means used by being installed in the external equipment.
The electronic circuit part connectable to external equipment 2 is disposed in an outer casing 101 so that this electronic circuit part has a direction discriminating switch 109 to discriminate directionality of a display means in a using state of being connected to the external equipment 2. This electronic circuit decides the vertical direction (an arrow U) of the display content in the display part 130 according to a discriminating result by the direction discriminating switch 109.
