Abstract:

The non-contact IC card C receives an issuance instruction transmitted by an issuance system with a radio wave of a frequency for issuance processing, by a dedicated antenna for receiving a radio wave of a frequency for issuance processing, executes issuance processing corresponding to the issuance instruction, and, after the completion of the issuance processing according to the issuance instruction, makes the dedicated antenna disabled.
