Water retaining raw material 3 such as sponge and urethane cotton inside the flower vase is provided with cutouts and holes as passages of stems from insertion ports to the bottom and water is contained in the raw material 3 so as to maintain inserted flowers for a long time and prevent clothing from being soiled by moisture and green juice or the like peculiar to vegetation.
