In this flip type portable information apparatus having an opening/closing structure casing body, a pointer type analog clock or a clock mechanically displaying time is arranged on the side serving as the outside when the casing body is closed. The clock displays functional information of the portable information apparatus by the pointer or mechanically in addition to the time display.
