Abstract:
PURPOSE: To detect the consumed state of a battery in a radio card and to detect the consumed state of the battery by communicating with the radio card.
CONSTITUTION: A non-contact information recording medium having transmitting/receiving parts 22, 23 for transmitting/receiving data through a antenna 21 and processing data transmitted/received through the parts 22, 23 is provided with a attery for driving the medium, a detection means 24 for detecting the consumed state of the battery and a memory for storing the consumed state of the batter which is detected by the means 24.
