A semicircular ring part 1, to which a tip of a finger playing a role of a handle can be mounted, is integrally fixed to a toothbrush part 5 without a handle by freely rotatably supporting the toothbrush part 5 by both ends of the finger ring part 1 by a shaft. At the time of using, the brush of the toothbrush part 5 is made to face down and the index finger or the middle finger is mounted to the finger ring part 1 in a closely adhered state. Then the brush is brought into contact with a tooth to take care of a mouth after a meal by the degree of lightly rubbing it up and down and right and left. At the time of not using it, the finger is pulled out from the finger ring part 1 and the toothbrush part 5 is turned by 180° to carry it in the state of housing the brush part inside the finger ring part 1.
