Title:
ABUTTING METHOD OF MOLDED PRODUCT AND ABUTTING END SURFACE STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3200348
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly abut a molded product to another member without applying additional processing and to obtain an abutting end surface structure.
SOLUTION: A small projection 42 and small projections 44, 46 of which the flatness to the small projection 42 is set to a tolerance range are formed on the attaching surface 26 of the holder bearing 24 adapted to a motor. When the holder bearing 24 is abutted to a partner (yoke) to be fixed, those small projections 42, 44, 46 come into contact with the attaching surface of the partner and, therefore, the holder bearing 24 is abutted to the partner in an accurate posture to be fixed thereto. By this constitution, the trouble such as twisting or the like of a motor output shaft can be prevented without using a special part or applying additional processing for enhancing the flatness of the attaching surface.
