Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device capable of simultaneously automatically inputting two or more mail addresses belonging to one telephone book name as addresses.
SOLUTION: In this portable terminal device comprising a telephone book computed of the telephone book data of hierarchical structure where two or more telephone numbers and mail addresses are continued to the telephone book name such as a name, and an e-mail transmitting function, a control means displays the telephone book name at sight on an image plane of an address input image plane 30 of (b), when one (address 1) of the addresses is selected on a mail creation image plane 40a of (a). When the telephone book name corresponding to a partner to be transmitted on the address input image plane 30 is selected 'NICHIDEN TAROU', the image plane is changed to the mail creation image plane 40b of (c), and two or more mail addresses as lower hierarchy of the telephone book name 'NICHIDEN TAROU' are automatically inputted to columns of 'address 1'-'address 3' in the image plane 40b.
