CONSTITUTION: Tableware data defined in advance are stored by tableware data storing means 3d and 3e with making them correspond to a menu code and at the receiving of order receiving data, it is discriminated by a tableware data existence discriminating means whether the tableware data corresponding to the menu code included in the order receiving data are stored in the tableware data storing means 3d and 3e or not. Then, when it is discriminated that the tableware data corresponding to the menu code are stored in the tableware data storing means 3d and 3e, printing data are edited by a printing data editing means with making the tableware data and a menu corresponding to the menu code correspond. Thus, training time for the waiters on the preparation of tableware is shortened broadly.
