Abstract:
PURPOSE: To detect the arbitrary position of an object while a laser light source and a camera are kept fixed.
CONSTITUTION: Slit light sources 3, 4 which radiate crossed beams of slit light LS1, LS2 are installed, the beams of light are irradiated so as to stride end edges in different positions of an iron plate A1, and a camera 5 which images a position in which the beams of slit light are interrupted by the end edges is installed. A position detection unit 6 in which an interrupted position by the imaging of the camera 5 is compared with a preset regularly interrupted position and which detects a dislocation with reference to the regular position of the iron plate A1 is installed.
