Abstract:
To simplify and miniaturize a positioning mark recognition device.
The positioning mark recognition device of an FPD module includes: a lighting system disposed facing a pair of positioning marks provided at least on one work; and a pair of photographic devices into which reflected light from the pair of positioning marks is input. The positioning mark recognition device further includes optical path dividing means which is disposed between the lighting system and the pair of photographic devices, divides illumination light emitted from the lighting system and guides the divides illumination light to the pair of positioning marks, and guides reflected light from the pair of positioning marks to the pair of photographic devices.
