Abstract:
PURPOSE:To detect a position shift of a work and a working machine with high accuracy, by providing a tapered bar which is guided by a guide member and moves freely like two dimensions, and also, has tapered its tip part. CONSTITUTION:This sensor is provided with a tapered bar 1, a sensor 3 for detecting a position of a two-dimensional movement in a guide member 2,and a means (controller) for correcting a position of an arm tip part, based on the detected position. In this state, by engaging the tapered bar 1 to a reference hole B1 provided on a work W, the tapered bar 1 is moved like two dimensions in the guide member 2. Subsequently, by detecting the two-dimensional movement of this tapered bar 1 by the sensor 3, a position shift of a working machine T and the work W is detected. By correcting a position of the working machine T by the controller based on the detected position by this sensor 3, the working machine T can be reset to a normal position of the work W.
