Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a material which is conductive with lithium ion and electron, has reversibility to permit free going-in and -out thereof and is transparent by using the compsn. component in which the respective ranges of Li2O, FeO and WO3 are respectively specified.

CONSTITUTION: The values (x) and (y) in the formula [(Li2O)x(FeO)1-x]yWO3 are respectively set in the range of 0<x<1 for the value x and 0<y<10 for the value y. For example, respective raw material powders are weighed and are thoroughly mixed to prepare a powder mixture. A suitable amt. of such powder mixture is put on a tungsten boat disposed in a vacuum deposition device and is deposited by vacuum evaporation on slide glass. A full solid-state ECD using such thin film for a counter electrode film consists of a transparent glass substrate 1 on which a transparent conductive film 2, WO3 coloring film 3, LiAlF4 ion conductive film 4, Li4Fe4W7O27 counter electrode film 5 and Al electrode 6 are respectively laminated.
