The constituent 1 is an additionally copolymerizable monomer having a fluoro fat group in which a hydrogen atom is substituted by a fluorine atom. The constituent 2 is an additionally polymerized monomer having a carboxyl group. The constituent 3 is CH2=CA[CO-W- R5], CH2=CA[O-CO-R6], Ch2=CA[U], or a monomer represented by a structural formula. In the formula, W is oxygen, or -NR3-, R3 is hydrogen atom or alkyl group. R5, R6 are arkyl group and aryl group. U is cyano group or aryl group. A is hydrogen atom or halogen atom.
