To provide a post-processing device which a pair of aligning members hardly move to a delivery direction even if a size in a loading direction of a sheet on a tray varies.
The post-processing device includes a pair of delivery rollers 113b and 113c which deliver a sheet T to a delivery direction F, and a sheet aligning mechanism 200 which moves a loaded sheet T to a shift direction orthogonal to the delivery direction F to align. The sheet aligning mechanism 200 includes a pair of aligning members 212 and 214 which have a pair of aligning surface parts 216 and 218, and a pair of aligning member rotary shafts 222 and 224 which rotatably support the pair of aligning surface parts 216 and 218. The pair of aligning member rotary shafts 222 and 224 are attached to a pair of base carrying mechanisms 262 and 264 with an interval in the shift direction. When the pair of aligning member rotary shafts 222 and 224 are viewed in an upstream side of the delivery direction F, the pair of aligning member rotary shafts 222 and 224 are disposed at a downstream side of the upper roller 113b of the delivery rollers in the delivery direction F so that they overlap the upper roller 113b.
