Abstract:
To prevent discharge of a poor-looking recording paper having a defective portion caused by an incomplete punch hole near an end edge as a result of punch processing using a multi-hole punch.
A post-processing device has a punch performing section performing the punch processing (S109) for forming a plurality of punch holes in the recording paper by means of the multi-hole punch and a trim performing section performing trim processing (S110) for cutting the recording paper to remove a punch defect when a punch hole is not completely settled in the recording paper and the punch defect is caused in the end edge in an array direction of the punch holes.
