Abstract:
To provide a posture learning instrument for promoting consciousness to prevent lower back pain by mounting the instrument so as to learn a working posture inclining forward by bending knees.SOLUTION: A posture learning instrument 20 includes a waist belt 21, a chest belt 22, right and left shin belts 23a, 23b, a connection belt 24, a pedestal 25, a rotation shaft 26, and a rotation member 27. The pedestal 25 is fixed to a back side of the waist belt 21. Both ends of the connection belt 24 are respectively connected to the right and left shin belts 23a, 23b. The rotation member 27 is attached to the pedestal 25. The rotation member 27 includes: an upper arm part extended upward from the rotation shaft 26 so as to be connected to the back side of the chest belt 22; a lower arm part extended downward from the rotation shaft 26; and a belt hooking member 28 attached to the lower arm part. The connection belt 24 is supported from a lower side by a belt hooking part 28a of the belt hooking member 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
