Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch container which can improve self-supporting stability and/or handleability with a ring-shaped reinforcing member, can improve gas barrier properties and moldability, and suppresses deformation of the reinforcing member when a body member is welded and fixed to the reinforcing member while minimizing usage of a synthetic resin material of the reinforcing member, and can improve molding accuracy.SOLUTION: A pouch container 1 including a body member 2 formed of a film material, and an upper end blocking member 4 which liquid-tightly blocks one end of the body member 2 and is formed of the film material includes: a cylindrical portion 5a capable of being inwardly fitted to one end of the body member 2; and an upper part reinforcing member 5 which has an inner flange portion 5b projecting to the inside from the cylindrical portion 5a, is formed of a synthetic resin material, and has a ring shape. One end of the body member 2 is outwardly fitted to the cylindrical portion 5a and is welded and fixed to the cylindrical portion 5a, the outer peripheral portion of the upper end blocking member 4 overlaps the inner flange portion 5b and is welded and fixed to the inner flange portion 5b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
