Abstract:
PURPOSE:To establish pouring type tool with good mold removal nature, by supporting a part of the cavity pouring mold made of synthesized resin with the insert material made of metal. CONSTITUTION:The cavity pouring type mold 11a made of polypropilene having a good mold removal nature from epoxy resin is supported to the insert material 11b of plate shape, which has a hole slightly smaller than the supported part. The pouring mold is pressed in and fixed in this hole. With this constitution, the mold removal nature is excellent after poured resin is hardened, the external apperence of products is superior, and cavity damage is less and the replacement is easy.
