Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder adhesion measuring method and its measuring device capable of simply conducting the centrifugal separation work in a short time at a low cost with good workability without requiring many substrates by centrifugally separating the powder of multiple kinds with one measuring cell.
SOLUTION: A measuring cell 1 constituted of a sample substrate 2 having a sample face 2a stuck with powder, a receiving substrate 3 having an adhesive face 3a to be stuck with the powder separated from the sample substrate 2, and a spacer 4 provided between the sample face 2a of the sample substrate 2 and the adhesive face 3a of the receiving substrate 3 is prepared. When the spacer 4 having a plurality of hole sections 4a-4d is used, the measuring cell 1 is split into a plurality of regions, the powder is stuck to individual regions on the sample substrate 2, and the adhesion of the powder in individual regions is obtained.
