PURPOSE: To provide a powder beam dispersing device and a powder beam dispersion method wherein uniformly mixed powder beam is produced as coagulation and adhesion of powder to each other is prevented from occurring in a way that a parallel flow of reaction force fluid is agitated once, powder is injected to an agitating region and thereafter, a parallel flow is generated.

CONSTITUTION: Pressure fluid is fed as a parallel flow through a parallel flow feed pipe 2 and the parallel flow is decelerated by a dispersion pipe 11 for dispersion. Powder is injected through a powder injection nozzle 12 to an agitation region KA where the parallel flow is dispersed, the powder being uniformly agitated togetherwith pressure fluid. Thereafter, the mixture is conveyed in a parallel flow state through the dispersion pipe 5 and conveyed as a solid gas two-phase mixture flow being sufficiently dispersed as powder beam.
