Title:
POWDER MELTING BURNER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3968760
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to continuously and stably ignite a burner and to maintain a stable combustion by retreating the front end of a nozzle for combustion from the front end of a nozzle for a primary combustion supporting gas and drawing the front end of the nozzle for the primary combustion supporting gas in an axial line direction, thereby forming this nozzle.
SOLUTION: The nozzle 11 for combustion, the nozzle 21 for the primary combustion supporting gas consisting essentially of gaseous oxygen, the nozzle 31 for a solid-gas mixture composed of powder and carrier gas and the nozzle 41 for a secondary combustion supporting gas consisting essentially of gaseous oxygen are successively arrayed to a concentrical form from the central part toward the outer peripheral part. The front end 12 of the nozzle 11 for combustion is retreated from the front end 22 of the nozzle 21 for the primary combustion supporting gas. The front end 22 of the nozzle 21 for the primary combustion supporting gas, the front end 32 of the nozzle 31 for the solid-gas mixture and the front end 42 of the nozzle 41 for the secondary combustion supporting gas are formed flush with each other. The front end 22 of the nozzle 21 for the primary combustion supporting gas is converged in the axial line direction.
