PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered paint capable of suppressing generation of an irregular color, and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A powdered paint has powder grains having an average circularity of 0.97 or higher, and a coloring pigment arranged on the surface of the powder grains. A production method of the powdered paint has a powder grain preparation step for preparing the powder grains having the average circularity of 0.97 or higher, and a coloring pigment arrangement step for arranging the coloring pigment on the surface of the powder grains.SELECTED DRAWING: None
