Abstract:

To provide a material capable of being homogeneously dispersed an ion liquid or a phosphonium salt in various solvents or resin materials and the like.

Powdered three dimensional crosslinked inclusion compound particles are obtained by carrying out a primary polymerization process of obtaining a co-oligomer including a fluoroalkyl group by reacting a peroxyfluoroalkanoyle compound with a monofunctional monomer and a polyfunctional monomer having an olefinic double bond and an isocyanate group, and a crosslinking process of obtaining the powdered three dimensional crosslinking inclusion compound particles by mixing the co-oligomer including the fluoroalkyl group with the ion liquid or the phosphonium salt and thereafter reacting the isocyanate groups in the co-oligomer including the fluoroalkyl group with each other.
