Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a power conditioner even when the output characteristic of a solar battery is changed.
SOLUTION: This device performs on-off control of a switch element 14b in a discharging circuit 14 through a power conditioner controlling part 18, changes operation point voltage in power consumption of a solar battery 2 when the operation of a power conditioner 6 stops and operation point voltage in power consumption when the circuit 14 operates, also calculates a decision value that decides whether the output characteristic curve of the battery 2 exceeds operatable minimum power from each operation point voltage and decides a start condition for operation start from the decision value according to the calculation.
