To provide a power control information management device allowing facilitation of operation confirmation of an application, and allowing facilitation of estimation of power consumption.
Each of the power control information management device 101, power control information generator 51, power estimate generator 61 and power controller 201 is an application development device in a built-in type system to separatedly develop operation inherent in the application and power control operation for power saving. Module dependency relation and order relation of each module of power control of the application are described as a data structure to produce a database. The application notifies the power controller about a state change without minutely performing the power control to perform the power control, so that verification of the application or the power consumption value estimation is facilitated.
