To provide a diagnosis system for a power conversion apparatus capable of accurately estimating temperatures of devices using an output signal of a sensor which can be easily installed in an existing power conversion apparatus and diagnosing the devices based on the estimated temperatures.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a diagnosis system for a power conversion apparatus by which input power is converted into multi-phase AC power and outputted. The diagnosis system for the power conversion apparatus comprises: a feature amount conversion unit which converts output potentials of phases acquired from an output terminal of the power conversion apparatus into a line-to-line voltage; a voltage polarity detection unit which determines a line-to-line voltage waveform as a positive polarity if the line-to-line voltage is higher than a positive threshold, and determines the line-to-line voltage waveform as a negative polarity if the line-to-line voltage is lower than a negative threshold; a feature amount extraction unit which extracts a turn-off time of a power semiconductor device on the basis of the polarity calculated by the voltage polarity detection unit; and a diagnosis unit which diagnoses deterioration of the power semiconductor device from the turn-off time extracted by the feature amount extraction unit and a correlation of current values of the phases acquired from the output terminal of the power conversion apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
