To manufacture a blind type electric power generator friendly to global environment which can provide photovoltaic power generation easily and inexpensively by adding a photovoltaic power generation function to a blind.

Structural outline of the device is almost the same as that of a conventional blind, except that the blind has louvers (vane plates) with added function of solar cell. The louvers are connected, and generated electric power is collected from them.
