Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive power generation device, an electric power generation device, a drive power generation method and an electric power generation method for efficiently generating drive power without aging degradation due to friction.SOLUTION: A drive power generation device comprises: a discharge section 4 which discharges fluid L2 introduced through a fluid introduction section 3; a fluid swirling section 5 which moves the fluid L2 introduced through the fluid introduction section 3 toward the discharge section by swirling the same in a spiral manner; and a drive power generation section 6 which is rotated by a swirl flow generated by the fluid swirling section 5 while automatically keeping a balance between a first state where fluid pressure near the discharge section 4 in a container body 2 becomes lower than the fluid pressure outside the container body 2 and a second state where the fluid pressure near the discharge section 4 in the container body 2 becomes higher than the fluid pressure outside the container body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
