To provide a power source switch circuit, a nonvolatile storage device, an integrated circuit device, and an electronic apparatus for preventing data in a memory cell from being rewritten unintentionally.
The power source switch circuit includes a power source selection circuit 100 selecting one of a first high potential power source VPP and a second high potential power source VDD having a potential lower than that of the first high potential power source VPP to output it as a supply power source, and a control circuit 200 controlling the power source selection circuit 100 on the basis of a switch control signal SG. The control circuit 200 controls the power source selection circuit so that the power source selection circuit 100 may not output the first high potential power supply VPP as the supply power source, until both of the voltage levels of the first and second high potential power supplies VPP, VDD rise, and controls the power source selection circuit 100 so that the power source selection circuit 100 outputs either one of the first and second high potential power supplies VPP, VDD as the supply power source, on the basis of the switch control signal SG after both of the voltage levels of the first and second high potential power supplies VPP, VDD rise.
