The power storage device has a plurality of power storage elements (11), a case (20) for storing the liquefied heat exchange medium (30) performing heat exchange between the power storage elements at a sealed state and including a gas layer (50) in the inside, and a fan (41) arranged in the case and giving flowing force to the heat exchange medium with turning motions. Furthermore, the power storage device has a partition member (42) for circulating the heat exchange medium between a first zone (R1) where the plurality of power storage elements are located and a second zone (R2) where the fan is located and dropping the heat exchange medium from the first zone to the fan, and a guide member (70) for forming a passage leading the heat exchange medium from the first zone to the fan between a side face of the case and the partition member and giving friction resistance to a flow of the heat exchange medium.
